Head and Neck PT is exclusively a cash based practice. This allows for more freedom in determining length/frequency and type of care to be provided for each patient. Upon request, a thorough summary of the evaluation, dysfunctions identified and planned treatment may be provided to you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement (please reach out for more information). If you hold a flexible spending account, this may also be used.

Telehealth

Whether you prefer virtual sessions due to Covid19, convenience or any other reason, we are happy to offer these services. During your video call, if it is your first encounter or has been a while since your first encounter with the physical therapist, you will be evaluated based on your history and what we can visually assess on video. This method can often address a lot of issues and provide the patient with crucial educational information about their condition. A thorough plan will be provided including exercises to complete and plan for follow up as needed. Telehealth services can also be used as a check in/update on exercises

50min-1h —120$

20-30min —60$ (established patients only, follow up/exercise progression and modification)

A few sessions may be all you need, we will work together to determine what will work best for you.
